We offer three convenient methods for receiving orders: Pickup from Prime in Huntington, Pickup from Tellers in Islip, and Local Delivery. All three options are scheduled by you during checkout to fit your busy schedule. Learn more about each option below.

  • Our delivery service is 100% contactless. At the time of delivery, our messenger will leave the package on your stoop and will knock to let you know it's arrived.
  • A photograph will be taken at dropoff by our messenger as proof of delivery. You do not need to sign for the package.
  • Food items come chilled, not frozen. You must refrigerate immediately.
  • You are responsible for taking care of the package as soon as it is delivered. Packages that are left out without refrigeration will spoil and will not be refunded or replaced.
