Our Pick-Up Policy
Central Market packages are available for pick up at Tellers, 605 Main Street Islip NY.
Your order must be placed by 10pm for pick up the next day.
At pick up, please bring your receipt! This is your record of purchase and will be checked against your package on site.
Pick up is available Monday-Saturday from 3-6pm
Our Shipping Policy
Central Market is located in Islip NY. All orders are shipped from this location via FedEx. We do not ship outside the US, Alaska or Hawaii or to a PO Box. As we use FedEx as our carrier, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Central Market is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment.
OUR STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD IS FedEx Priority Overnight®: Delivery
Your package leaves our restaurant and arrives the next day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. and by noon or 4:30 p.m. to residences. Please note that Fed Ex cannot ship to a PO Box and requires a physical street address. Your package will be delivered to your front door by your local FedEx driver.
Our Delivery timeline:
Order Monday by 10 pm for receipt on Wednesday.
Order Tuesday by 10 pm for receipt on Thursday.
Order Wednesday by 10 pm for receipt on Friday.
Order Thursday by 10 pm for receipt on Saturday.
Order Friday, Saturday or Sunday by 10 pm for receipt on Tuesday.
No orders are processed on the weekends.
We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Central Market does not accept returns, offer exchanges or grant refunds or cancellations on any orders that have shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by FedEx due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information or mistakes made by the customer in your order.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your package ships. This email will include a Fedex tracking number.

Can I choose my shipping arrival date?
Yes! At checkout, you can select an arrival date up to 2 weeks in advance.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are based on weight and vary depending on the item being shipped and the distance the package is traveling.
When will my order ship?
Your order is shipped 1 day before your scheduled delivery date. Tracking information will follow once your order is on its way from FedEx. Typically, tracking information is provided the day before your scheduled delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can make changes to your order at least 4 days ahead of your scheduled delivery date.
Can I specify a delivery window?
We do not offer specific delivery windows. During peak holiday periods, your order may be delivered late. If your celebration is time-sensitive, and the possibility of having your order arrive late day on your scheduled delivery date is too late, we suggest updating your order to arrive 1 day ahead of your celebration.
How will I be notified my package is on its way?
You will be notified via email when your order ships. Within this email will be your FedEx tracking number.
Where will my box be left?
If you are not home when a delivery is made, our shipping carrier will leave your order at your doorstep. It is your responsibility to be home during the delivery window if there isn’t someone available to accept it on your behalf.
How is the box packed to retain freshness?
We use ice packs and insulated liners to keep contents cool and keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon delivery – this is ok! That means the ice packs are doing their job, and your food should still be cold. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible. You are responsible for immediately refrigerating your meals upon receipt and storing them properly after receipt but prior to consumption.
All items must be refrigerated upon receipt. We recommend opening your package as soon as possible after delivery and place all items in the refrigerator. -Kits are intended to be used within 2 days of receipt.
Central Market is not responsible for packages reported damaged due to a delay in opening and/or not properly storing the package’s contents upon delivery. It is at the discretion of the driver to ring the doorbell upon delivery, and due to COVID-19, additional precautions are being taken for the safety of both parties.
If your order has been delayed for 2+ days past your scheduled date due to shipping issues, the quality of your order will no longer be up to Central Market quality standards. Please dispose of the kit and reach out to info@centralmarketbybrg for further assistance.

Our commitment to hospitality continues with the creation of your kit. Every kit is hand packed by our Chef’s in our very own kitchens the day it is shipped out to you. Kits are best enjoyed within one day of receipt and should be placed in the refrigerator upon receipt. Items will stay fresh in the fridge for up to XX days.
